This is an all metal unit that attaches to the vacuum line at the intake manifold. Complete with mounting, fittings, hose & instructions. Periodically check to make sure the brass whistle is not loose in the housing. If the whistle becomes loose in the housing remove it, apply some red Loctite to the threads and reinstall.
