Used when you have a rear spare tire. U.S. made from 1/4" thick steel. A one piece bracket and extension, copied from an old accessory. This can only be used on the chrome & stainless racks, and replaces the black brackets that come on the rack. The brackets on the rack are mounted to the outside of the bumper arms (#24650).
