This is the lever at the end of the shaft that is connected to the clutch pedal via adjustment arm (11360). When the clutch pedal is depressed the throw out is released. This steel arm is made a little longer which will reduce the clutch pressure by about 30% which makes for easier pedal depression.  Not for cars with a multi disc clutch use pin #11260 to attach to the shaft.
